Damn Wicked Tuna Salad

From the kitchen of Chef Wilson.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of your favorite canned tuna
  • 1/2 celery stalk
  • 1/2 tsp fresh or dried dill
  • 1/4 of a small red onion
  • 2-3 spears of Yee Haw Pickles Hot Damn Dills (or what ever variety of pickles available in your area)
  • 2 tablespoons of Wilsons Wicked Original
  • 1 tablespoon of mayo
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

Fine dice the vegetables and pickles. Add to a large bowl with All of the other ingredients and mix with a fork.  Add to crackers for a great snack or dip or add to a nice bread with sharp cheese and sear in a pan for an amazing tuna melt.

Or just eat with a spoon.

 

Wicked Bluefish

Ingredients:

  • 2 large bluefish filets
  • 1 pint Wilson’s Wicked Roasted Chili mustard
  • 3 large cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place filets on aluminum foil and coat with mustard.  Mince garlic and sprinkle over filets.  Add salt and pepper to your liking.  Roast filets for one hour in a 350 degree oven.

Park City Bazaar this Weekend

Its Holiday Time! We will be selling everyone’s favorite condiment at the Park Silly Holiday Bazaar this weekend! Come and stock up for the winter and give the best Christmas present around.
The Bazaar is Saturday and Sunday (Dec. 1st & 2nd) from 10am to 5pm and it is at the Park City High school.
Santa will be there as well as many other vendors (YeeHaw Pickles!) Nothing goes better than Pickles and Mustard for the Holidays. Come spread the Mustard…I mean Cheer. See you there!
